No. Honestly, I’ll be the first one to not lie. I don’t lie about stuff going on. This paddock’s full of people keeping silent, lying, saying they’re doing this and then not doing it or vice versa. Have we spoken? Of course. But I’ve spoken to Honda about me riding a Honda, not about anything else. At the end of the day, I want to stay with a manufacturer if I can stay with a manufacturer, if the deal is right for me to stay. I think we’ve got to wait for things to happen, and then I’ll start to negotiate as and when really. I know most people always say the same. They’re not really thinking about it. They’re concentrating on the racing and blah, blah, blah. But at the moment, I’ve got nothing else to do. I might as well concentrate on the racing, because I’ve got to wait for a few things to happen or not happen. But in the moment I’m happy and I’ll just keep riding and doing what I can and giving Honda the data and information and see what happens from there. So you wouldn’t be against moving to another manufacturer if the deal was right? Going back to Yamaha or Ducati for example? Is your preference to stay with Honda? 98 | FreestyleXtreme.com
