Green Smoothie This smoothie is a great way to get your veggies into your system, without the taste. It’s the per- fect combination of veggie and fruit flavors. TIP: Let your creative side come out when making smoothies. If you’re not prone to mangos, try any type of berry instead. Ingredients: 2 bananas, cut in half 1 cup of fresh kale 2 medium oranges (peeled) 1 cup ice made of distilled water 3 fresh mangos (pitted & peeled) Directions: Add your ice first, then the fruits and kale. Blend for about 30 seconds on high. Serves 2-3
