working, I learned that I needed to listen
to customers. I also learned that I had
to fight for my beliefs and the right of
principles over policies. I believe that
all companies should listen to their
employees and franchisees—the people
closest to the customer. This principle
is a foundation of Liberty’s success.
What is your biggest leadership
challenge? I am extremely competi-
tive, and my biggest challenge is not
