FPS READING GAINS SUPER BRANCH STATUS
FPS Reading has become the latest addition to the list of FPS Super Branches following
an investment that has increased the amount of storage space for stock. The growing
network of FPS Super Branches has allowed an increase in same-day availability for a
wider range of products to motor factors across the UK.
FPS Reading is currently home to approximately 47,000 available part numbers and
74,000 units of stock worth £1.4 million. The injection of stock comes from consistent
reviewing of customer demands and optimising the inventory.

BGA TIMING CHAIN KIT PRICE REDUCTION
BGA timing chain kit prices have reduced significantly by 26.8% following a price
realignment exercise. With 280 references to cover more than 6,000 applications, BGA
timing chain kits offer replacement solutions for various popular vehicle manufacturers
including Audi, BMW, Fiat, Ford, Hyundai/Kia, Nissan, Peugeot, Toyota, and VAG,
amongst many others.
FPS recently added new parts to its inventory with
the following new-to-range additions:
Klarius Parts – 213 NTR
172 exhaust parts, 30 fitting parts and
11 type-approved CATs.
Fahren Steering & Suspension – 60 NTR
Timing chain kits are integral to the engine and are vital to the long term health of the
vehicle. Recognising this, BGA places strong emphasis on stringent testing procedures
to ensure the quality of every component in their timing chain kits.
BGA offers three clear options within their range:
38 suspension arms, 8 rack ends, 6 tie-rod ends,
5 stabiliser links and 3 ball joints.
• Kit (K) – containing chain, tensioner and guides
• Full Kit (FK) – contents of (K) plus sprockets, timing cover gasket, oil seal, feed pipe and bolts
• VVT Kit (VFKs) – this contains everything in (FK) with the addition of VVT sprocket(s) included
