Janice Hales Janice Hales was a mainstay of Future Problem Solving in Australia from 1992 until her retirement in 2009 from the Committee of Management and then The Illawarra Grammar School in 2010. In 2004 Janice Hales was given the international organisation’s Keith Frampton Coaches’ Award for her outstanding contribution to Future Problem Solving. She continues to contribute as a national and international evaluator for Global Issues Problem Solving booklets and Scenario Writing.  Community Problem Solving Page 47 Janice Hales is listed as a Fellow on the FPS Keith Frampton Memorial Honour Roll for her services as coach, evaluator, Convenor of the NSW State Committee, Scenario Writing Coordinator and Treasurer on the Committee of Management.
