AUTUMN; The coordinator of this season is Ivana PLESKALT(Croatia).
AUTUMN - Activities
11th October 2016
These are activities:
1. LOGO CONTEST – Students can create logos for our project using Web 2.0 tools (Pic
Monkey for example). Every school can choose 3 best logos for our contest. You can
send chosen logos to the founders of the project and then we'll organize voting in
Google form for the best one.
2. ABOUT US – Who is who? - You can create a Padlet. Students can introduce
themselves shortly (My name is..., My surname is..., I like..., I don't like..., My hobby
is...) and paste their photos. Teachers can post a Padlet on our Twinspace.
3. OUR SCHOOLS – You can create a Prezi with photos (students, different festivals at
schools in the autumn...)
4. LETTERS AND PACKETS – At first, pairs of schools can exchange students' names and
every student will write a letter to his / her penpal during the project. The first topic
is "Autumn in around us". Students can introduce themselves and then write about
autumn in their towns and countries, different habits, festivals at schools, etc.
Students can decorate the envelope, write names, put his/her photo inside and make
a handcraft for their friend, something related to the topic. Teachers are going to
send a packet full of pupils' letters and materials for eTwinning corner to the partner
school (a small flag, a map, leaflets, …) till 15 th November.
5. VIDEO – You can record a video and post it on our Twinspace. Students can sing a
song about autumn in their own language or in English. You can represent traditional
activities at school, festivals in your towns and countries, etc.
6. THE OTHER IDEAS: You can do everything you want about autumn; songs,drawing
pictures,games etc.
