It seems that every 5 minutes a new supplement company is born or a new product is released claiming to be the best EVER! We know there’s a ton of information out there to sift through and really, ain’t nobody W got time for that! FM wants to break it down for you in simple terms. Keep in mind this is a general guide meant for athletes of all types based on research supporting their use and results. There might be certain supplements that you swear by or take for a specific reason that isn’t included on the list. Please think about this as a list to have as a starting off point.
