I influence a lot of people. Especially via
social media. I love that my smile helps
others to have a happy day and want to
work hard. I post motivational quotes and
thoughts to keep people thinking. I encourage and inspire people to keep reaching for
their fitness goals, and to not give up. Most
importantly I always remain positive no matter
what!
It seems that you don’t let Scoliosis get
the best of you! How has it changed the
way you view life challenges or setbacks?
Scoliosis is just another obstacle in life to see how
bad you want your goal. You can make excuses or
you can make adjustments to get to your goal.
What would you tell others who have
Scoliosis and want to get into fitness?
Don’t let it stop you. If you let this stop you, then
you’ll keep letting other stuff stop you from reaching your goals.
Any other words of encouragement for anyone
who is dealing with health issues, disorders, or
physical challenges that wants to get into fitness?
