through my journey.
I’m nothing but a human just like you with
hopes, dreams, fears,
and weaknesses. Its
the easiest thing in the
world to just give up,
but to hold it together
when everyone else
expects you to fall
apart, is true strength.
Despite what I’ve
endured, I always knew
I had to keep moving
forward with my head
up, not allowing adversities to break me down
or define who I am. I
know that any experiences whether good
or bad has molded
me into the woman I
am today. I’ve chosen
to utilize the rough
times as motivation
to fight through and
better myself. I know
my worth and I believe
God created me to be
so much more… for
that, I’ll never give up
on myself.
FM: YOU HAVE AN
AMAZING PHYSIQUE,
WHAT INSPIRED YOU
TO GET INTO FITNESS
AND LIFTING?
MCW: I’ve been active
all my life, but never
knew what I was doing
when it came to lifting.
I would honestly go to

the gym just to be on
a treadmill the whole
time, thinking that an
endless amount of cardio and body weight
exercises alone would
give me a super model’s body. After giving
birth to my daughter in
2011, I was determined
to get the body back
that I had before pregnancy; however, after
losing all my pregnancy
weight I realized I was
just thin and scrawny.
It was soon thereafter that I saw an ad of
fitness model, Jamie
Eason for the first time.
I then developed the
drive to immerse myself
in research to find

what it took to achieve
results.
I was completely
inspired by not only Eason’s physique, but her
knowledge of nutrition.
I soon realized how
important it was to have
my nutrition in correlation with my training.
And the more consistent I was with what I
ate along with intense
heavy lifting, I began
to achieve unthinkable
results that left me with
a burning fire in striving
to become a better me.
Both my mind and body
began to transform
and that’s when I knew
that taking this journey
