Fasted cardio is very important
when prepping for show and
can be the key to coming in well
conditioned. It actually could make
a difference between 1st place and
2nd. Though it’s not the easiest
thing to do and can take some
adjusting, the results can be great.

body fat storage for energy rather
than utilizing the glycogen storage
in your body which is present after
eating prior to the session.
