FAREWELL ROGER BUDLER
In recognition of Mr Budler’s monumental
contribution to the rugby program over his
20 years at the School, a new trophy was
named in his honour, and presented to him
by the 1st Preparatory School Rugby Team. To conclude the event, all families and
students formed an Honour Guard across
Roberts Oval, after which morning tea was
served in the Foundation Pavilion for all
guests.
The Roger Budler Cup will be presented
each year to the fairest, best and most
committed player on the Preparatory School
Rugby Team. We wish Roger well for his period of well-
deserved leave and all the best for the new
challenges that lie ahead for him beyond our
school gates.
