PR E PA R ATORY S C HO OL The Dookoorniny project What if we disintegrated the curriculum and facilitated students to take part in an action-learning project that forced them to work at the upper levels of Bloom’s Taxonomy? What if the stimulus materials were the stories of the Wadjuk Noongar people, and the Arts were the catalyst for the responses? What if we made the students perform the results, to ensure the validity of the project? Thus the ‘Dookoorniny’ project was born.
