Michael has been involved with rowing since his own school days, when he rowed in the now infamous 1985 1st VIII. After leaving the School, Mick went on to win state and national titles in all boat classes, rowing as a Kings Cup oarsman five times between 1990 and 1994. Recently we have had the privilege of Mick’s expertise as he returned to the School to contribute to our program as a winning 10A VIII coach and the coach of the 1st VIII. He also contributed to the Guildford rowing talent pool with sons Jonah (10SG) and Griffin (12SG), outstanding oarsmen in their own right, both completing two consecutive seasons as 1st VIII rowers. Our warmest congratulations and thanks to Mick. Ms Jennyfer Leah Teacher-in-charge Mr Tony Lovrich Head Coach 40
