Contributors this issue... Define999 I tell ya what, what a wonderful issue this became! The complexity, coolness, and social study of the South African foreigns is mind-boggling. How crazy that some SA variants were being used by young readers of different racial backgrounds to escape the Apartheid era politics that was tearing their country apart! On a cultural level the SA foreigns have such a wonderful and complex story to tell! This cultural aspect is one reason I have become obsessed with foreigns, the societal windows into places, that as an American, I cannot even fathom. Passion! The passion of Liaton-9000 and Chesperito to collect foreigns in the “set style” and build some of the most amazing black suit Spidey sets I have ever seen is on display here for all to see. These guys are some of the early founding fathers of the “set style" of foreign comic collecting and it’s an honor to share thier accomplishments with all of you!
