What is Shrub?
It’s a healthy soda and cocktail mixer made with fruit,
vinegar, sugar, and spices.
Our shrubs are hand-crafted in small batches in the
heart of Vancouver’s east-side using local BC fruits,
Canadian organic apple cider vinegar, cane sugar and an
assortment of herbs and spices.
Mix Shrub with soda water for a refreshing soda or add it
to your favorite cocktail. With Shrub, creativity is key!
