FOOTBALL CLUB
Chipstead FC is a fine example of a club that plays a vital role in their
local community as they continue to look to progress both on and off
the field. Football Focus Magazine recently caught up with their Press
Office Trevor Stotten to find out more about how the club has been
getting along lately.
He told us, “I’ve been with the club for
three years now - I visited with Tooting
& Mitcham, who had folk doing each of
Facebook, Twitter and match reports,
whilst Chipstead had no one covering any
of these aspects.”
“T&M’s management and several
players had moved to Chipstead by then,
so I began doing all three roles for the club,
where I am now press officer, managing
the website, writing the intro to the home
match programmes and soon to take over
running of our 100 club.
