“Our Under 18 youth team who play in the
Southern Counties Floodlit Youth League are very
important to the club as we do not run a reserve
team.
“We had five players that came into the first
team from the under 18 team with one Jonathan
Lacey who featured in 50 league and cup games and
scored 30 goals. The young players are encouraged
to take part in the training and coaching with the
first team
“The main challenge for the club is
to try and get more people through
the gate when we have close
neighbours Hemel Hempstead
Town and Kings Langley both in
a higher tier.”
The club is clearly heading in
