to give our members one more item from
their wish list and that is by purchasing
dugouts for all five of our pitches.
Teams are only as good as the
managers and coaches in my opinion. As
a Club, we can give all the teams great
pitches, kit and equipment but at the
end of the day it’s all about the ladies
and gents training these kids which fulfil
their football enjoyment and progression.
In 2017, we intend to continue to
improve the club as a whole, with the
new dugouts coming in and the pitches
having just been renovated for a second
season we believe we will have one of
the best grounds in the area but have
no doubt we will have the best pitches.
All our pitches are treated the same
way from 5v5 to the 1st team pitch and
prepared to the highest order for every
match day.
Our youth section is very vibrant,
especially our younger groups. The

going forward but at Lyne F.C we ensure
that our under 6 team get treated exactly
the same as our men’s, with the same
pitches, same equipment and so on with
the only difference being how tall and
how old the members of the respective
teams are.
In the summer of 2015, we started a
men’s section which in its first year won
the League and Surrey County Cup. The
County Cup victory was a particularly
proud moment, firstly as it was our
