FOOTBALL CLUB
Sandhurst Town FC was first established in 1910 and has gone on
to put together a history of which they have every right to be proud
since then. They competed in the Reading and District League until
1979 apart from a short period in the East Berkshire Football League.
In 1979, they were elected into
the Aldershot & District League and
finished in 2nd place in the Chiltonian
Football League in 1986/87. The club
then applied to the Combined Counties
Football League in 1990 and were
granted senior status by the Berks and
Bucks County Football Association.

At present, they are based at Bottom
Meadow, Sandhurst Memorial Park in
Berkshire and their first team competes
in Division One East of the Hellenic
League. They are led by the team of
President Ted Rogers and Chairman
Tony Dean and the club is looking to
progress under their guidance.
Last season their first team put
together a solid league campaign as
they compiled a record of ten wins,
seven draws and nine defeats from
their twenty six matches. This saw
them finish in a safe mid-table position
with thirty seven points on the board.
