Due to the popularity and increase in demand for artificial lawns and since carrying out my first installations my company now focuses on supplying the highest quality artificial lawn .
Since my first artificial lawn installation in 2011 I have built up a vast knowledge and understanding of grasses , how they are made and what the requirements are to give you , the customer , a lawn that will not only look perfect , feel perfect , but will last for years to come .
We ’ ve sponsored the club for the past five years and now sponsor the U14s . My son John plays as an attacking left midfielder and started playing for the team five years ago . He no longer plays for the team but we will both continue to support and follow the club . It is great to see the club doing well and I wish them the best of luck for next season .”
The Club are fully supportive of the young management combination of Rob Hodgson and Aaron Hunwicks , who in their first season in charge took the club forward to its best ever run in both the FA Cup and FA Vase competitions , and we all look forward to seeing the hard work planned for recruitment and development during the closed period producing the results for us next season .
Hullbridge also offer the opportunity for Ladies senior football and we are extremely proud that in their first two seasons under the Hullbridge brand the team took the league title twice on the bounce .
Due to unforeseen background issues however we had to make a decision to pull the team from the 2016 / 2017 league and are now looking to get them back together to mount a strong return for the 2017 / 2018 season . We are currently looking to recruit an experienced manager to lead the charge and rebuilding process . If anyone reading this article thinks it could be them , please do get in touch .
The Club may have been around now for 72 years but we have still yet to reach our full potential , we are without a doubt a good club , but we need to become a Great Club , and the ambition to become the club of choice for all age groups within the area must always be our focus and aim .
I have a number of initiatives that I would like to see get up and running over the next few years to add more value to
the community . To be able to encourage more young girls football , introduce disability football and to provide a 4g all weather pitch for the club would be the ultimate dream for the kids and adults !
On the senior side we must be looking at Rymans League football being the next logical step which requires a major commitment in both footballing and financial achievements .
We are a club that is run by a charity , we do not have any big financial benefactor throwing money at us , so everything that we achieve has to be carefully planned and hard fought for . The theft of the cub tractor just before Christmas was a bitter pill to have to swallow and has a knock on effect on other planned projects .
We will apply for any funding grants that may be available to help support our cause , and our Team management are all pretty successful in obtaining their own individual kit sponsorships , and we also now see the likes of companies such as Howdens getting more regularly involved .
There is a wealth of talent and experience within the officials of the club with a great deal of forward positive thinking which is what will help drive the club forward and out of a small club mindset , with the biggest thing to remember of course being that we are all volunteers !
