Great Yarmouth Town Football Focus Magazine recently caught up with Grosvenor Casino’s Operations Manager to find out more about the company and their positive association with Great Yarmouth Town. He told us, “Working in the customer service section of the industry, my main priority is keeping customers happy so that they will continue coming back to our establishment. One of the hardest parts of our business is changing people’s perceptions.” “We’re not just a casino; we offer well-priced and well stocked bar facilities as well as an amazing restaurant. We also put on various music events and competitions for people to get involved in. We’re committed to offering people a complete experience. “For example, at the end of July we have a tribute act, Magic Queen, playing who are really good and that’s just £15 a ticket including a barbeque which we believe is terrific value. Obviously, being a casino, gambling comes hand in hand but we offer people a chance to come here and enjoy a great time whatever they are looking for. “The number one thing for us is making sure that our staff offer an excellent, friendly service. We want our customers to feel like they are well treated and we work very hard to give them the best service possible. People can come here and we will guarantee a friendly atmosphere where people will feel relaxed, safe and secure with everyone being treated with respect. “We’ve sponsored Great Yarmouth Town for the last season. I went to school with Adam (Assistant Manager) and he came to have a chat to see if we could support the club and as a company we were happy to assist. We’re always looking to support the local community where possible and the work the club does in the local area made them an ideal fit for us. “They’ve held some events here and we’re able to support them through sponsorship so it’s a partnership that works well for both of us. They’ve had a fine season this year which is great to see and we wish everyone associated with the club the best of luck for the future.” www.footballfocusmag.com 11
