2015 and 13 February 2016 , to propel themselves up the table and set a new club record in the process .
Harlow Town finished third in the league , and comfortably won the playoff semi-final , beating Cray Wanderers 3-0 . The Hawks hosted the final at the Harlow Arena , where 1,655 spectators saw Harlow see off AFC Hornchurch to claim promotion to the Ryman Premier Division . Football Focus Magazine recently caught up with their Secretary Ray Dyer to find out more about how they have been getting along lately .
Atmosphere
He told us , “ The mood is fantastic at the club at the moment , our first season back in the Isthmian Premier division has been an exciting one . We finished 10th in the league and reached the last 32 of the FA Trophy only to be knocked out by National side York City , who have gone on to reach this year ’ s final .”
2017
“ We are now starting to build for next season . We are also looking to build on the success of our ladies side who won the Essex County Women ’ s Football League Premier Division title this season and also increase the youth side of the game .”
Youth
“ Youth development is very important at this level of football ; we have around twenty youth sides ranging from Under 7s to under 16s with all teams featuring local boys and girls .
