FOOTBALL CLUB
Sticker Football Club was reformed in 1968 and
will celebrate its Golden Jubilee in 2018.
I joined the club as an eighteen year old in 1969, being attracted
by its localness and fledgling history and having become too
old for youth football. In those days there were far fewer clubs
around but Sticker fitted the bill. I was lucky enough to drop into
a hugely successful Junior Team playing in the Duchy League for
the 1969/70 season when three trophies were won.
