Football Focus Magazine recently caught up with their Secretary Ben Symonds to find out more about the good work that the club has been doing lately. Atmosphere 2017 Youth He told us, “I would say the mood here is quite buoyant at present. Our reserves have just finished their season, and are on for a top 4 finish, the 1st team are also pushing for a top four finish and have a cup final to play in. Both our youth sides have had successful seasons with our U13s winning the league.” “We hope to finish the season strongly, as the first team still have a number of games to play and we hope to be successful in the Charity Cup final that we are competing in. Looking forward to next season, we hope to build on the success of this campaign and hope to make some additions to the squad to enable us to maintain a strong challenge for the league title and also explore the possibility of having a new youth side for U9’s.” “We are lucky to have two youth sides at the club (U10s and U13s) at present, after a long period without any youth sides. Our under 13’s have just won their league, going the whole league season unbeaten.
