team about 12 months ago with a professional coach who has clear vision of how he wants the team to play . We try to play football the right way , playing out from the back . We have seen the club move forward on the pitch and the players are working hard to improve every week .
We want to continue to do what we have done so far ; take one game at a time and see where we end up at the end of the year . We do not want to put pressure on the players ; they need to feel free to enjoy the games .”
Youth
“ Youth football is very important to us . We have one of the largest and best youth set ups in west Norfolk and our youth teams regularly compete in the County Cup finals ; over the last twelve years we have played in eight County Cup finals .
We have an Under 18s team that play in the Eastern Counties youth league midweek under our floodlights and our first team has more than 50 % of its players who came through our youth set up .”

We also need to develop the land where we play ; our facilities are shared with the cricket club and this means even if we qualified to play in the FA Cup we cannot as our ground is not deemed to be the appropriate standard . We want to develop the second pitch and fully enclose this with new floodlights and changing rooms .”
