Wallingford Town their logo as our shirt sponsor . This was suggested by the club as a goodwill gesture . We help Wallingford 115 at the bonfire night by helping to build the bonfire and also steward the fire at night . Other activities we have helped 115 with include the very popular Wallingford car rally . The football club also help out at the music festival in Wallingford every year by providing camping pitches on our training ground .
“ The biggest challenge for the club will be to keep the ground and playing
surface up to scratch to stay in the Hellenic league . This will include ensuring the club is financially stable like it is now . The costs go up the higher up you go . Sponsorship and the local community in the town will be key as more help will be needed on matchdays for example .
“ In the next five years we would love to have the first team playing as high as possible with the reserve team in Division 2 of the Hellenic league and the A team in Division 2 of the North Berks League . What will be key will be to keep attracting the local youth teams and giving them the route into men ’ s football . We also would like to have another changing block built , having three teams means a lot of changing rooms !
