Infrastructure to provide players in the future. We
encourage involvement with families providing Xmas
and Easter kid’s parties and we also have a kid’s play area
within the grounds. We have formal links with schools to
help develop our youth structure, Brompton Academy and
Howard School. The involvement with the linked schools
helps promote football in the community and our club
motto reflects this.
Since the new changing room block and floodlights we do
receive favourable comments. The ground includes catering
and function rooms that are favourably received from many
areas including non-football related organisations.
Our ambition is to obtain National League Step 5 status
and develop the Club and ground towards the next stage. This
includes improving the pitch and ground improvements,
continuing adult sides at County and local level, developing
Youth teams at County level to support our adult team
structure, to continue and improve County Youth structure
for U13-18 age groups, installing infrastructure for Minor
league players for U7-11 age groups, focus on development
of soccer schools with linked academies and to promote
‘Blair’ standards with improved Coaching accreditation at
all levels.”
