Colonel Lorenzo Mayo Crowell of the U.S. Air Force, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma and ultimately passed away from the disease. Crawfish don’t have a true “season,” so the movement from city to city makes this event both easy to navigate and hard to turn away from. Every batch of the deli- cious crustaceans is boiled up with a blend of special seasonings, corn, potatoes, and authentic sausages.
