We held a week-long Mission Discovery space
programme for over 150 S5 and S6 Ayrshire
school pupils in 2016 and 2017. Mission
Discovery is delivered by the International Space
School Education Trust and included public
events in Ayrshire this year attended by nearly
1,000 people

Our Science, Technology,
Engineering and
Construction courses range
from Foundation and
Modern Apprenticeships to
NC, HNC and HNDs.
We also offer bespoke
courses for industry. Last
year we created a course in
collaboration with Ryanair
for unemployed engineers
to re-train for sheet metal
work. The 10-week course
resulted in 25 people
gaining jobs with the
company.
WE HAVE

APPRENTICES IN TRAINING
mostly in engineering and construction,
and are the main provider of engineering
apprenticeships in the region.
