concessions and benefits, from help paying
utility bills to personal alert systems for
emergency assistance.
As we move into the cooler winter months,
the Medical Heating and Cooling
Concession can provide much-needed
relief to vulnerable people.

This concession provides assistance to
people on low and fixed incomes who incur
increased heating or cooling energy costs due
to a qualifying medical condition. If you have
a medical condition that is made worse by
weather extremes, you may be eligible for
this concession.
