DESTINATION 1: Bar Symon • Concourse D, near Gate D14
You can’t stop by Bar Symon and not try one of the famous burgers and fries. The Lola
burger with a sunny side up egg, pickled red onion, thick cut bacon, cheddar cheese and
challah bun pairs perfectly with the Lola fries (rosemary, parmesan, pulled pork or poutine).
But first, kick things off with the Crab Guacamole appetizer .
DESTINATION 2: Bistro Atelier • Concourse D, near Gate D14
Take your taste buds to France at the next stop on this culinary tour. Did you know that
you can order classic French dishes like Escargots a la Bourguinonne or a Ratatouille
Crepe without leaving the airport? Plus, nothing beats an Instagram-worthy dish that
tastes as good as it looks.
DESTINATION 3: Chef Geoff’s • Concourse C, near Gate C14
Outside of the delicious contemporary fare found at this local restaurant giant, such as the
honey-sriracha wings, blackened fish tacos, Caesar fries and housemade donuts, you can also
sip on regional beer with a Dulles Shandy. The refreshing drink features Alexandria, Virginia’s
own Port City Optimal Wit, Vodka and Lemonade.
DESTINATION 4: The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck • Concourse A, near Gate A22
Everyone can enjoy the global comfort food at The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck. Savory dishes
such as the Halal Sausage Skewers and Chinois Chicken Salad are always worthy options, but
if you are seeking meat-free dishes, this is also the place for you. Vegetarians will enjoy the
Roasted Mushroom Pizza, Hummus Plate and more.
DESTINATION 5: Bracket Room • Concourse B, near Gate B52
Sports bars usually get low scores with foodies, but not Bracket Room. Catch up on
any game while on travel and indulge in the “World’s Best Tater Tots,” Spicy Fried Rock
Shrimp, Lamb Lollipops, the All-American Super Foods Salad and so much more.
DESTINATION 6: The Washington Redskins Burgundy and Gold Club
• Concourse B, near Gate B72
Cheer on the home team with innovative, chef-driven food and drink options for any meal of
the day. Sink your teeth in classic Old Bay Chicken wings or go meat-free with Avocado Tacos
or the Kaplan & Zubin Fried Pickles. Feeling adventurous? The Hoggs Cocktail with bacon-
infused Bulleit, maple syrup, orange, cherry and orange bitters is a total touchdown.
