Summary
On the tenth anniversary of 9-11 a U.S. Lieutenant reports to a General on progress against terrorism since the attacks, but what she tells him isn’t what he expected to hear…
Scene 1:
SETTING: We are in a briefing room on Edwards Airforce Base. A simple, utilitarian room, bleak, grey green walls, linoleum flooring, fluorescent lights. A desk and two chairs in a bare room with one window. A military recruiting poster on the wall.
