Breaking and Entering

I broke and entered.

Just –

The house was a person.

And –

The inside was her thoughts.

I broke her so I could

Come inside

And look around.

I picked bits of her up and put them

back down.

I looked and put some in my pockets.

All while she was crying and

Confused.

When I left, she was still crying

But I don’t care-

She’s broken now.
