Saint Augustine Film Festival
This three-day film festival takes place at various locations
throughout St. Augustine, including the Corazon Cinema and
Cafe, Lewis Auditorium at Flagler College and Limelight Theatre.
The festival starts at 11 a.m. on Friday and Saturday and noon on
Sunday. There is a party each evening of the festival. Tickets to see
the films are $10 for general admission; $8 for seniors and students.

Matanzas 5000 5K & Fun Run
This is one of Florida’s fastest 5K races on a scenic USATFcertified course through historic St. Augustine. Run in the morning
and stay for the famous St. Augustine Nights of Lights. The 5K
begins at 8 a.m. and the fun run begins at 9:15 a.m. at Francis
Field. The cost to register is $35 day of race, $30 from January

Changing of the Guard
At 6 p.m., see history come to life when 18th century Spanish
soldiers march down St. Augustine’s St. George Street from the
Colonial Quarter to the Government House where they perform
authentic military drills before firing an exciting volley of musketry.

Ideas & Images at Flagler College - Business as a Force for Good
A Flagler College graduate with a master’s degree in Spanish from
Middlebury College, Margaret Fenwick published a green living
guide for Spain with a prologue by Dr. Jane Goodall, world-renowned
anthropologist. Her philosophy – “By committing to sustainability,
companies around the world can take shared responsibility for
creating a more peaceful and prosperous world. Together, the
Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact and the 17 Sustainable
Development Goals of the United Nations provide a blueprint for
creating a more sustainable and inclusive global economy that
delivers lasting benefits to people, communities and markets.”
The free event is at Lewis Auditorium at Flagler College at 7 p.m.
