Jack Rogers is a prize-winning , widely published bird and nature photographer who has been photographing Florida wildlife for more than a decade . He travels the state photographing the beautiful birds of Florida and is ready to share his knowledge and experiences with you during this year ’ s festival . Jack teaches nature photography at Valencia College in Orlando and spends weekends exploring Florida in search of the next great photo . He is also a great supporter of Florida ’ s conservation organizations and his images may be seen on their websites , pamphlets , and signposts across the state . Participants will learn where to go , the best time of day and time of year for each site , and what birds and other subjects might be expected , including tips on nesting and other behaviors that might be observed and photographed .
