COMPETENCES
AND THE GUILD
First let me introduce you to the International
Youth Work Trainers Guild so you can get in
the context of the folowing article.
The Guild is an organisation created to be
“an independent supportive community
of trainers in the youth work sector that
advocates on behalf of and contributes
to each other’s professional development.”
From 15 to 20 of April, this organization
through Fishbowl Youth, hosted a seminar
for trainers to debate questions related
with the trainer’s profession and their
development.
One key focus for the seminar was to test a
360º feedback system and it is this method
we will explain to you now.
