Can you present the trainer school in
Poznan/ Pano A?
POZNAN: Studium Trenerskie (Trainers
school/ Training for trainers) is a one
year program, in which learning process
is more practical, in the meaning that
the trainers share with participants both
knowledge and their experience and as
well they create adequate conditions for
participants to acquire and develop
specific trainer skills.
Participants learn how to design training
from the stage of diagnosing the training
needs, through the creation of programs
and training scripts until carrying out the
evaluation of trainings.
An important part of the program is as
well the personal development of the
participants.
Getting awareness of their emotions
and needs in relationship with others,
and especially being aware of the way
of functioning in groups according to us
is one of the foundations in the work of
the trainer.
The whole training consists of 230 hours
of lessons, including 180 hours workshop
and 50 hours interpersonal training.
