Inclusion also in the facts: means also the important role NGOs have in promoting through their activities a culture of peace and mutual respect and cooperation between the young and less young generations. Last important thing: NGOs in Europe have a great role also in developing new methods of cooperation, and ways to work united and share learnings and methods: that is a fundamental part of education and in the learning process because it is a real cooperative learning on my opinion. I was reflecting on my learning experience at school and University: Educational system tended to see all as individuals not connected, where the learning was reached alone and kept for the individual. No cooperation and no sharing. Therefore, I felt there was something wrong, and then I discovered what..! 60 How do you empower youngsters to be active in society? It’s a process. And the result can be reached through many different actions. Sometimes we are so lucky to follow the progress of some youngsters since they were 11 years old till 20 or more and we can realize the impact of our actions and support. We empower youngsters mainly setting up a free and stimulating learning environment, where they can perceive that they are free to decide about their learnings and get interactive pleasant inputs (games, TB games, activities, videos, small workshops, international activities, camps, meetings,..) and answer with proposals to these inputs. We use a lot irony, cooperation games and activities for self-discover and assess their skills. Mobility activities like Youth Exchanges, Training Courses and EVS then have an added value in this process, we can say that they are so powerful experiences that really can change and improve the life of some youngsters, and in any case, have a great impact on their self-efficacy perception.
