consisting of leg presses, power
cleans, T-bar rows, military
presses, and pushups, resting
only afterward. Reason: Circuits
are a means of hitting the entire
body in one fast-paced workout,
which is especially useful when
you can’t regularly get to the gym.
When used sporadically, their
uniqueness can also elevate
overall intensity, bringing a
cardio effect to iron work.
