Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
250g almond milk (1 cup)
100g banana
65g rolled oats
13g strawberries
1 mint leaf, small

2.5g cacao powder
1.75g dark chocolate
Directions:
1. blend almond milk, banana,
dark chocolate, cacao.
2. place oats into a bowl and add
blended mixture.
3. stir well and leave overnight
in a fridge.
4. add chopped strawberries,
blueberries and mint lead to top
of oats.
