TURKEY RAMEN
SPIRALISE IT
Spiralise 1 zucchini. Thinly
slice 1 large piece of turkey,
about 1 cup. Warm 2 tbsp
sesame oil in a large skillet
and add 4 minced scallions,
1 tbsp minced ginger, and
2 minced garlic cloves.
Add zucchini noodles and
cover until they soften,
4 to 5 minutes. Toss in 2 tbsp
low-sodium soy sauce, 1 tbsp
sriracha, and 2 tbsp water to
form a sauce. Toss well and
top with sliced turkey.
