“To start with we add up all
the calories we consume on an
average day, cut out any bad
foods and replace the calories
we’ve omitted with good
calories.”
“Just doing this alone will mean
you’ll start to see a difference in
how you look and feel, but the
main reason we do this is so that
we know exactly how much we
are consuming each day.”
“You have to keep each day
very consistent, so when you
weigh in at the end of each week
you know what changes need to
be made.”
