Every day I would like you to
do a Stimulating Shoulder
workout.
This workout should only take
10-15 minutes and will help
develop the full shoulder.
10 rep Front raises, (Making sure
in each rep, the dumbbells are
brought together at the highest
point, DO NOT bang the dumb-
bells together, gently does it.
Then move straight into;
3rd Exercise
10 rep L-laterals, (Making sure
each rep is performed by
bending the elbow 90 degrees
