life they lead at work. Life is
challenging and learning how
to create balance for the needs
of your body and mind can be
tricky. This is a guide as to how
I, as a professional athlete,
NHS worker and business
woman, manage the stresses
of everyday life .

A lot of people wonder how to
balance work, life and if they’re
lucky still find time to get to the gym.
This is how I balance out life as an
NHS professional with a passion for
helping patients, whilst also being
a top-rated athlete.
Many people don’t realise that
besides coaching clients, mentoring
for the PT Academy, and doing some
consultancy work within the fitness
industry, I also work as a profes-
sional within the National Health
Service. As a person, I have never
been one to do something by halves!
Needless to say, I have a very busy
schedule. I’m often asked how
I cope with the commitment of
competing as a professional
within the IFBB Pro League, whilst
maintaining full-time working
hours. Incidentally, I maintain
more than full-time working hours-
