The art of sound has never been so well embodied by a singer. Born in Winnipeg from emigrant parents coming from Nigeria, the strength of her voice has made her an act on whom you can count on, she has made the first part of artists like Lauryn Hill or Boyz II Men.The public in 2007 was dazzled by the self-titled album “Flo” and her presence on scene during her numerous appearances on stage. On the spring 2012 she will prove that we weren’t wrong about her, with a sophomore effort titled “Pieces of me”

Raised by African parents, in a multi-cultural neighborhood in Winnipeg, Canada, Flo knew that music was her future and was drawn to it, at an early age.
Flo’s journey as a solo artist began with the release of her debut album “Flo”. The Winnipeg Free Press proclaimed “she’s definitely an urban soul artist to watch”, giving the album 4 out of 5 stars. The Winnipeg Sun wrote “the record is dripping with confidence”. In May 2011, Flo was the subject of an in-depth profile in Sandbox magazine.
