Among the programs that abound in the conspiracy literature is the HARRP project. The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) was launched as an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska Fairbanks and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). It has been designed and built by BAE Advanced Technologies (BAEAT). Its initial goal was to analyze the ionosphere and study the development potential of ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and monitoring. HAARP, as a university-owned facility, is a high-power, high-frequency transmitter used for studying the ionosphere. However, several authors accuse HAARP of being able to cause earthquakes that the United States would use as a lethal weapon against its enemies.

Beyond the technological tools some elites believe that transhumanism, which aim to merge the man and the machine for the "betterment" of humans, is the next challenge. Technology leaders such as Elon Musk, or Mark Zuckerberg, are promoting technological processes, such as "neural lace," which early researchers described as a fine mesh that could be injected into our brains so our electrical thoughts could be easily translated into machine-readable bytes. So according to this technology, peoples could turn on their TV set, type their memo, send emails just by thinking.

In any case with the potential of quantum computers , that will be able to analyze and calculate large data, at an unthinkable speed in the future, it is clear that some secrets contained in encrypted documents will no longer be a secret for a long time, the only requirement will be the access to quantum technology.
