On the other hand, it is clear that the Western bloc will implode. The lack of solidarity of the Western States in a health crisis that comes after BREXIT, the unilateral destruction by the United States of the agreement on "Iranian oil" or rather on nuclear, remained across the throat of several allies of the Western block . Not to mention the contempt of an economic war, against those who considered themselves, allies of the United States, with tariffs imposed on Western Europe, and Canada by the Trump administration, would have clearly outraged the public opinion of Western countries, on the dictate of the United States on the political and economic life of their respective countries.

The lack of coordination, of a common policy during this crisis in the West, with Italy which is rescued by the enemies of the capitalist block, like Cuba, China and Russia, will sound the death knell of the European Union, and even NATO, whose existence is based on the artificial fear of Russia, even if the Berlin Wall fell more than 30 years ago, and the Soviet Union no longer exists. A friendly rapprochement of Russia, with countries of Western Europe will suddenly ring the knell of American influence in Western Europe, and even see the dismantling of American bases for the simple reason that the potential enemy of the east would have become a friend of Europe. In Germany voices have since risen, considering American forces in the country as occupation forces.

As for the American foreign policy, as the pandemic is beginning to make significant victims in US. soil, the world is witnessing a revival of disgusting warmongering tactics. Donald Trump has just indicted Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro the heir of Chavismo, alleging his collusion with the FARC in a drug deal that was supposed to poison American citizens. In Washington a new war in Iraq and an attack on Iran is underway, taking advantage of the pandemic which according to the Trump administration would have weakened Iran and the anti-American forces in Iraq. At the same time embargoes against enemy countries like Cuba, Iran or Venezuela have been strengthened, preventing these countries from effectively responding to the health challenge of the COVID 19 pandemic. A situation that will no doubt make the United States the most hated country by the citizens of the world.

In addition, the doubt that hangs over the origin of this pandemic, which seems to be hitting hard with the most lethal strains, countries like Italy or Iran, which have concluded major partnership agreements with China, are a bad coincidence that forces the questioning of savvy minds, when it’s known that Washington had openly expressed disagreement on these juicy bilateral contracts.

In Africa, the renewed interest of the West, which understands that it has now lost the rest of the world, is notable with the package that some G20 leaders want to put for Africa, to keep it in their area of influence, whereas a major health crisis due to the Corona Virus seems to be a possibility. On the contrary, Africa should redefine itself to command respect, otherwise it risks to continue servitude either to the old masters, who will have nothing else but Africa, or to the new masters of the China, Russia block.

Ultimately biological weapons are not a sight of the mind; no matter the origin of the Corona Virus Covid 19, it is behaving perfectly as a biological weapon by redefining global geopolitics in a space of tension, undermined by the emergence of China and the refusal to yield of the United States. It may be another October revolution that the world is witnessing, what remains to be seen, is who will be the winners, the heirs of October 1917 who saw the Bolsheviks take power in Russia by creating the Soviet Union or those of the free world of October 1989 which brought down the Berlin Wall. In any case we can predict that, despite everything the Western technological oligarchy could be one of the big beneficiaries of this crisis, in a world where telemetry with work at home, online education and sale of goods and service offer, an alternative in a world where contact between humans becomes dangerous. Otherwise the dystopian vision of air merchants in a polluted environment is no longer a sight of the mind as well; despite the surges of solidarity that we observe here and there, the risk is great for wild capitalism to settle in a climate of permanent danger and scarcity, not to mention the police state which would use technology to track people under the pretext of tracking down the disease.
