Instructor ’ s Eye View : Erin Frawley ’ s Sculpt Class plates into our training , targeting a full total body workout each week . In this class , you ' ll be surrounded by people who inspire and motivate you . The atmosphere empowers you to keep going , while truly enjoying your workout . Having two trainers in the room enables us to instruct and walk around to ensure proper form at the same time . You ' ll also probably get a good laugh or two at us just being us .

There are two trainers instead of one ( which makes for more individual critiques ), it ' s a challenging total body workout , and instead of being isolated during the class , you get to work with partners , which helps me stay motivated . It ' s my new favorite class , and I ' m sure you will find your own reasons to love it .” - Maryann Mahoney
‘ Shakin ' iT ’ with Dawn Moore ( Sunday 9:30 am , Wednesday 7 pm )
Recipe : Take 1 oz . Dance , 1 oz . Weights and 2 oz . Attitude . Mix all ingredients in an energy-filled room and stir !
Shakin ' iT , my homemade cocktail of dance , toning , and fun is an addictive cocktail that can truly change the way you spend an hour at the gym . My goal is to see a smile on every face and hear “ I didn ' t know I would work that hard in this class .” from members at the end of class . I mix dance elements with light weights and fitness movements for a change to the normal sculpt or dance class that gives you an experience that you won ' t find elsewhere . The members are affectionately called “ Shakers ” and give “ Whoop-Whoops ” to all newcomers and returnees alike . It ' s not just a class , it ' s a community , and it welcomes all .
" Shakin ' It " is a class that has a fabulous mixture of cardio and weights I have yet to see anywhere else . On top of that , Dawn ' s creativity and infectious energy while teaching makes the class a mandatory part of my week . This class is EVERYTHING . – Robin Mills
‘ Body Sculpt ’ with Lisa Bachety ( Wednesday 10:30 am ) My Body Sculpt class is a great total body workout . There rarely is a body part missed in this class . I put heavy emphasis on good form and will accept fewer repetitions with better form than lots of sloppy repetitions done with bad form . I encourage students to respect their fitness level ; this class is not a competition but about always striving to challenge yourself , and it ’ s always a GREAT group with a good collective sense of humor . I do get teased by the regular students that I am a bit " deceptive " on how many sets we are doing at times , but … I find that technique to be effective !
What I like most about Lisa B ' s body sculpt class is that it is non-repetitive , she always gives us an awesome workout changing up her routines every week incorporating all muscle groups and great stretching after , which is so important . Besides a great overall

the moves and best of all , getting to meet all of you ! ZUMBA ® Fitness is a class where you can decompress and have fun . Everyone leaves with a smile on their face and energy to tackle the rest of the day . You don ' t have to be a dancer or even know your left from your right to shake your booty and have a great time ! If you have never taken a ZUMBA ® Fitness class , come check it out ... it just may change your life !
Most people don ' t realize what a great cardio workout Zumba is ( not to mention how much fun it is !) You lose yourself in the music and before you know it an hour has passed , and you have burned 600-800 calories . Jenn is a great instructor – she gives modifications and makes everyone feel welcome . It ' s not just a workout ; it ' s a dance party ! - Louise Ryan
‘ Pushin Plates - Couple Style ’ with Danielle Tinnirello & Erik Borenstein ( Thursday 7 pm ) This class is a little different from your normal class . We incorporate weighted
‘ Sculpt ’ with Erin Frawley ( Various days and times ) I love teaching all my classes at Fitness Incentive but the class that will always remain among my favorite , maybe because it ' s the first class I ever taught , is Sculpt . It ' s the class I teach most often , three times a week , but each class is different . I focus on getting in a total body strength workout in all three classes . I consider Tuesday ( 5 pm ) my standard sculpt class , all strength training , all the time . Wednesday ( 5 pm ) we incorporate the sliders , and we complete 100 reps of each exercise we do . On Friday ' s ( 4 pm ) we start off our weekend by getting in 100 push-ups . One of my favorite things about teaching Sculpt is watching members get stronger , seeing their form improve and confidence grow . Hope to see you in class soon !
I LOVE Erin ' s sculpt classes ! She is an excellent instructor whose workouts are always challenging , yet fun ! There is always a positive atmosphere in the room during her classes as well . As a musician , of great importance to me is also that Erin has a very good sense of beat , which is important if you are working out " to the music ." - Audrey Wilkens
‘ Tabata ’ with Jillian Jacinth ( Tuesdays 7 pm ) This is a Bootcamp style class incorporating Tabata segments ( highintensity intervals in a 20 / 10 format- 20 seconds of all-out exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest ). Making use of moderate to heavy weights , short bursts of intense cardio , core work , and basic military style training . It ' s tons of fun !
Taking any class Jillian teaches is fantastic ! She is accommodating to everyone who comes in . I do exercises I ' ve never done , and get stronger with each class . Her strength up there on the stage is certainly inspiring as we go through reps . Jillian gets us motivated , pushes us past our perceived abilities , and compliments us on our successes . Doesn ' t get much better than that ! - Gabrielle Andersen
