What We Have Learned
Even Trainers Are Transformed by Fit Force

they seem crazy. I know when people
see us in the carport doing these
workouts they think we're crazy, and
maybe we are, but honestly, I wouldn't
have it any other way. I want to be
constantly challenged and rise to the

What is Fit Force?
Fit Force is a limited enrollment program
run by Danielle Tinnirello and Sue
Brunjes. Fit Force is a short and intense,
fully functional training class designed to
mimic everyday activities while building
total body strength. Class runs for 45
minutes, two times a week, with ongoing
enrollments. We structure our workouts
to be completely different every week,
and use a variety of equipment such as
sandbags, a weighted sled, rings, fireman
hoses, pull up bars, tires, barbells, and
so much more.
But what, really, is Fit Force?
Fit Force is full body training. Fit Force
is mental training. Fit Force is a
challenge. Fit Force is fierce. Fit Force is
innovative. Fit Force is trying something
new. Fit Force is a supportive,
motivational, and learning team
environment. Fit Force is feeling
comfortable with the uncomfortable. Fit
Force is sweat, sore muscles, and
occasional blisters and bruises. Fit Force
is the crazy looks you get when people
walk by. Fit Force is the warrior mindset.
Fit Force is an accomplishment. Fit Force
is an influence on every aspect of your
life. You never know what you're truly

I approach each workout as a mountain
that at first seems insurmountable, but
as I chip away at it and finally reach the
summit, I think, “Hey that was hard, but

myself this question every morning as I'm
drinking my coffee. My answer is always
the same…” the best possible version of
myself (for my family and me).” Fit
Force allows me to do just that. It has
given me the foundation to challenge
myself and find out what I'm really made
of. Not only does it allow me to become
physically strong but mentally strong as
well. That strength carries into every
aspect of my life, work, and family. Just
when I think I can't get through another
busy day of family and work obligations,
I know I can because the Fit Force
workouts have given me the tools to do

What is the future of Fit Force?
I look forward to continuing and
improving the overall program with Sue.
She is not just my workout partner, but a
supporter, motivator, and overall good
friend. As a team, we combine both our
knowledge, skills, and personalities to
provide the best overall experience for
our clients. We look forward to
continuing our work with our current
members, to start training with new
ones, and of course introducing new
