Get Out of Your Comfort Zone
Fit Force is the Way
ability to run, I can jump rope, my
flexibility, range of motion and form
have all improved, and my
measurements and weight have gone
down significantly. Six months of Fit
Force and I am a new and improved 54year-old woman.
I am excited to see more people join and
push themselves out of their comfort
zones. For myself, I am looking forward
to new challenges from Sue and Danielle,
and I am sure they won't let me down. I

as the fear of trying something
new been holding you back? Life
gets boring when you stay within
the limits of what you already know. It's
time to step out of your comfort zone,
switch up your training, and strive for
strength with our limited-enrollment
program, Fit Force.
Fit Force is a short and intense, fully
functional training class, designed to
mimic everyday activities while building
total body strength. What makes Fit
Force different from your usual gym
routine is the equipment used and the
structure of the class. Some of the
equipment involves sandbags, a weighted
sled, rings, fire hoses, pull up bars, tires,
barbells, and so much more. We
structure the class so that each workout
is completely different every week,
triggering different energy systems in the
body, thus providing a broad range of
benefits. In less than an hour, the only
thing our clients can expect for certain is
to be taken out of their comfort zone
and challenged individually at their own
level. Modifications allow us to design
the class for every and any body's
capabilities.
At Fit Force, we work as a team.
Between us instructors, Danielle
Tinnirello and Sue Brunjes, and our
members, we can keep the class
environment organized, motivational,
and supportive all around. We look
forward to planning our classes each
week and seeing our members' progress.
Classes run for 45 minutes, two times a
week, with ongoing enrollments. As

instructors we expect our clients to
make honest assessments, determine
their weaknesses, commit to personal
improvement, and respect the team
atmosphere as a whole. Along with
physical toughness, Fit Force allows
our members to profess mental
toughness by engaging in their warrior
mindset, staying in the fight, and
striving for strength each and every
day.

Danielle and Sue have changed my
life, and I truly cannot believe the
change that has happened to me
mentally and physically. I LOVE to
work out now. They both are so
knowledgeable about all aspects of
good health and are always willing to
take time out to help me. Fit Force is
an intense and challenging workout,
but when you are done, you feel like
you actually accomplished something.
The thing I appreciate about this class
is that it makes you work out harder
during the week. You never know what
workout Danielle and Sue have
planned, so it motivates me to
practice my weak areas in preparation
for my Saturday class. Perfection is
not what they're trying to teach us,
but instead to have confidence in
ourselves to strive for progress. Since I
have added Fit Force into my weekly
routine, I have progressed in all areas.

all-around workout you can get done at

I would have to say that Fit Force is the
best workout I've ever done at Fitness
Incentive. Over the years I've been up
and down with my weight, but this i s by
far the strongest I've ever been in my
life. Danielle and Sue not only motivate
me to push myself to new limits, but
they are also extremely informative.
They make sure my form is right and
explain each exercise so that I know how
to do it and what part of my body it's
hitting. Fit force is a class for all levels,
and it has pushed me to strive for new
goals. I hope to continue to get stronger
and learn more each week. In addition,
my goals in the past have always been to
get the number on the scale down. My
goals now include focusing on my
strength and eating well to fuel my body
and workouts. Fit Force makes me
excited to train. Every class is a new
workout, and it's always a challenge.
That's one of my favorite parts. What I
also love about the program is that
there's always a group of people to cheer
you on. Whether it's a partner, team, or
individual workout, you always have the
support you need from everyone else in
class to make it through. Everyone is
there to build each other up. You learn
what you are truly capable of, and I've
surprised myself each week. I look
forward to more classes, new workouts,
more progress and new friends!!
